Why we started

Loneliness doesn't only come in one shape.

Most apps assume the only relationship worth finding is a romantic one. But people move to new cities and know no one. Parents grow older without children nearby. Young adults grow up without someone to guide them.

HeartWise asks what you're truly longing for, then introduces you to verified people who want the same, matched on the values and habits that help any relationship last. You decide who you connect with. We make sure they're real and that you have a good chance of fitting.

How we verify every profile.

We check every member as carefully as we can, and we keep checking after they join. No process can promise perfection, so we also ask members to meet in public first and to report anything that feels wrong.

  1. Identity check

    Members confirm who they are with a government ID. Your ID is never shown on your profile.

  2. Live selfie

    A short selfie video is compared with profile photos, so the face you see is the person you'll meet.

  3. Human review

    A member of our team reviews every new profile before it goes live.

  4. Ongoing care

    Reports are read by people, and accounts that break our rules are removed.
